Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your product/s must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and in its original packaging.

 

HOW TO START A RETURN

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with a return address and instructions. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post with tracking and that you pre-pay all postage costs.

You assume any risk of loss, theft or damage to goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Naturderm Skincare will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
