1. Promoter
This promotion is run by Naturderm Skincare, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria, Australia (the “Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The promotion opens at 9:00am AEST on Wednesday 29 April 2025 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Thursday 8 May 2025 (the “Promotion Period”).

Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be accepted.


3. Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents.

The following people are not eligible to enter:
• Employees of Naturderm Skincare
• Immediate family members of employees

No purchase is necessary to enter.


4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must complete all three of the following steps during the Promotion Period:

1. Follow the @naturdermskincare account on Instagram
2. Like the designated Mother’s Day giveaway post on the @naturdermskincare Instagram page
3. Tag one (1) person in the comments section of the designated giveaway post

Bonus entry: For one additional entry, participants may share the designated giveaway post to their own Instagram Stories and tag @naturdermskincare. The Promoter must be tagged for the bonus entry to be valid.

Each person may submit one (1) standard entry and one (1) bonus entry. Multiple comments tagging different people do not constitute additional valid entries.

Entries made via third-party competition or entry services will not be accepted.


5. The Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded, consisting of $500 AUD worth of Naturderm Skincare product (the “Prize”).

The specific products included in the Prize are at the Promoter’s discretion.

The Prize is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and cannot be exchanged or substituted.

The Prize will be shipped to an Australian address only.

The total Prize value is approximately $500 AUD.


6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.

The draw will take place on Friday 9 May 2025.

The winner will be notified via direct message (DM) on Instagram within 48 hours of the draw.

If the winner does not respond within 48 hours of notification, a new winner will be selected by random draw from the remaining valid entries.


7. Winner Announcement
The winner’s Instagram username (first name or handle only, with their permission) may be announced on the @naturdermskincare Instagram page and/or Stories following notification and confirmation.


8. Privacy
By entering this promotion, participants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information (including Instagram username) for the purpose of administering the promotion.

The Promoter will handle all personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and its Privacy Policy, available at naturdermskincare.com.au.

Personal information will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to administer the promotion or as required by law.


9. Platform Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram or Facebook).

Participants release Instagram and Facebook from any liability arising from participation in this promotion.

All questions or comments regarding this promotion should be directed to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Facebook.


10. General Conditions
• The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entries and entrants.
• The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner, or breaches these Terms and Conditions.
• If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
• The Promoter’s decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
• The Prize must be accepted as offered. No alternative will be provided.
• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
